Purchase and payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Delivery
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times shown are estimates — we cannot guarantee specific dates. For more details, please see our shipping page.
Returns
We accept returns up to 14 days after receiving your order, provided the piece is in its original condition. For more details on the process, please see our returns policy.
Custom orders
Custom pieces (special orders) are not eligible for return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. By placing a custom order, you accept these conditions.
