Returns

Return policy

Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receiving your order, provided the piece is in its original condition. After that period, returns cannot be accepted.

Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the piece must:

Be unused and free from signs of wear
Be in its original packaging
Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Custom pieces (special orders) are not eligible for return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

How to return

To start a return, send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and verifying the returned piece, to the same payment method used at purchase.
